Moonlight Peaks Game Key Giveaway

1. Promoter

1.1. The Moonlight Peaks Game Key Giveaway ("the Giveaway") is organised by Black Tree Gaming Ltd, trading as Nexus Mods ("the Promoter").

1.2. The Giveaway is conducted through the official Nexus Mods website and associated giveaway entry form.

1.3. By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Giveaway is open to registered Nexus Mods users aged 18 years or older.

2.2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2.3. Entrants must have a valid Steam account capable of redeeming a Steam key.

3. Entry Rules

3.1. The Giveaway opens on 2 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on Sunday, 5 July 2026.

3.2. To enter, eligible users must complete and submit the official Google Forms entry form before the closing date.

3.3. Entrants must provide their Nexus Mods username and any other information requested in the entry form.

3.4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

3.5. No purchase is necessary to enter.

3.6. The Promoter reserves the right to remove or disqualify entries that breach these Terms and Conditions, contain false or misleading information, or are otherwise deemed fraudulent.

4. Prizes

4.1. A total of 4 winners will each receive one Steam key for Moonlight Peaks.

4.2. Steam key activation may be subject to regional restrictions imposed by Steam, the publisher, or the distributor.

4.3. Entrants are responsible for ensuring they are able to redeem the Steam key in their region.

4.4. If a selected winner is unable to redeem the prize due to regional restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

4.5. No cash alternative is available.

5. Winner Selection

5.1. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

5.2. The Promoter's decision is final.

6. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery

6.1. Winners will be contacted via Nexus Mods private message within 7 days of the giveaway closing.

6.2. Winners must respond within 14 days of being contacted. Failure to respond may result in the selection of an alternative winner.

6.3. Steam keys will be sent electronically once the winner's eligibility has been confirmed.

7. General

7.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7.2. This Giveaway is organised and administered by Nexus Mods and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Little Chicken Game Company, XSEED Games, Marvelous, Valve Corporation, or any other third party.

7.3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
